🚀 Seeking Lead UA Specialist / Media Buyer (Meta Ads) at Newmindstart

Remote| International contract | Budgets from $50K/month

Newmindstart is an international EdTech company in the health and wellness sector. We operate in the US / UK / EU markets, creating educational products focused on physical health, movement, and mental well-being.

Currently, our advertising budget exceeds $1 million per month, and the team's next big goal is to scale to $10 million/month. Therefore, we are looking for a strong UA specialist who knows how to work with large budgets and wants to grow with us.

What you will do: — manage and scale campaigns in Meta Ads in foreign markets; — test creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels; — find new growth points and quickly scale successful combinations; — work with CAC, ROAS, LTV, ROMI and make data-driven decisions; — closely interact with creative producers and other buyers; — test new tools, approaches, and AI solutions in performance marketing.

Who we are looking for: — experience as a Media Buyer / UA Specialist in Meta Ads with budgets from $50K/month; — experience working with foreign, preferably English-speaking audiences; — strong technical and analytical thinking; — independence, speed, and a love for testing hypotheses; — English from B1–B2.
