🔪Teamlead of Merchant & Tech Support
💳 Fintech | Payments | Crypto | High-Risk A multinational payment fintech startup is looking for a team lead who will take control of two areas at once: Merchant Support and Tech Support — build processes and isn't afraid to work hands-on. ⚠️ We do not consider candidates from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus 🕐 Required: CET time zone (±1)
Merchant Support: → Processing disputes and chargebacks → Handling merchant inquiries (chats, tickets, email), SLA control → Communication with providers, analyzing payment statuses → Collecting and transferring bugs to the tech department
Tech Support: → Technical onboarding of merchants using API documentation → Support for integrations (API, webhooks), diagnostics using logs → Interaction with development, ensuring documentation relevance → Assisting clients with integration setup
Who is a good fit: ✔️ Understands the transaction lifecycle and API flow ✔️ Able to diagnose typical integration problems independently ✔️ Closes most tickets without escalation ✔️ Builds processes from scratch, comfortable in a dynamic environment
