Vacancy for Product Manager (CRM / Integrations) at Kaztour

We create and develop digital products in the tourism industry. Our solutions are used daily by thousands of customers and internal teams. We are currently looking for a strong operational Product Manager who knows how to bring initiatives to fruition, not just write documentation.

What you will do:

• Full responsibility for the development of CRM and integrations (1C, billing, external services).
• End-to-end delivery: from idea to implementation.
• Forming a roadmap with a focus on business results.
• Decomposing complex initiatives and controlling deadlines.
• Managing sprints, releases, and implementation quality.
• Working with hypotheses, quick tests, quick wins.
• Transparent communication with the CPO and business.

What is critical for us:

• Experience with CRM and integrations (REST API, 1C — a plus).
• Understanding of billing/transactional processes.
• Ability to manage scope and risks.
• Experience in launching major features or products.
• Systematic approach, speed, proactivity, and responsibility.

Tools:

PRD, User Stories, CJM, BPMN, Agile/Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Confluence, A/B tests, product analytics, basic understanding of UX/UI.
