jobit AI Artist (Generation)
70,000 – 90,000 ₽/month net + royalties (percentage of sales) (remote, full-time / part-time negotiable)
We are working on a product with AI characters in a semi-realistic style. We are strengthening the content direction and looking for a person who can handle the full cycle: from visual generation to the creation of adapters for AI (images and video).
— Generate character images: different angles, lighting, scenes, emotions. Control consistency, filter out defects, maintain quality without artifacts. — Generate video and loops while preserving the character's image. — Collect and prepare datasets: parsing, selection, cleaning, deduplication, quality control. — Assist with prompts, generation pipelines, process improvements.
— A person who understands how generation works internally, not just types a prompt and presses a button. Technical thinking is important. — Understanding of how to maintain character consistency under changing conditions (angle, light, scene). — Accuracy and attention to detail, adherence to deadlines.
— Experience in generating video with consistent characters.
— 70,000 – 90,000 ₽ depending on experience and results + royalties (percentage of sales) — the opportunity to influence your income. — Stable payment, work with a time tracking system. — Full remote work, reasonable deadlines, quick feedback. — Access to infrastructure and models, clear acceptance criteria. — Growth prospects: opportunity to lead the content direction of the project.
