Description: We are looking for a strong System Analyst for a project to develop the digital ruble infrastructure in the banking sector.

About the project In accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank, banks with a universal license must provide customers with the ability to work with digital rubles: opening and topping up digital ruble accounts, transferring and receiving digital rubles within their own infrastructure.

❗️Key Requirement: mandatory practical experience in projects related to the implementation of the digital ruble. Candidates without such experience will not be considered. ❗️

What's important: • experience as a System Analyst / in a similar role for 3+ years; • strong logical and system thinking; • design of ER models at the conceptual and logical levels; • confident command of REST API; • practical experience with integrations via Kafka / RabbitMQ or other message brokers; • experience in designing data models at various levels; • practical experience with microservice architecture, understanding its advantages and limitations; • knowledge of at least 2 approaches to remote calls: GraphQL, WebSocket, RPC, gRPC, etc.; • knowledge of at least 2 requirement notations (UML, BPMN), practical experience with at least one; • experience in designing architectural solutions; • ability to write high-quality technical documentation; • experience in mentoring and developing less experienced analysts; • experience in planning and coordinating team work; • participation in interviews and onboarding of analysts; • understanding of UI design patterns.

Will be a big plus: • experience with SMEV; • experience with CryptoPro; • deeper experience in banking integrations and government information systems.
