Location/Citizenship: Moscow and Moscow Region / Russian Federation. ⏳ Vacancy Validity Period: until 28.10.2026. 📌 Important: candidates with an experience relevance of 85% or more are considered (outstaffing position). 🏢 About the Project: a large IT company in the jewelry sector. The key task is to adapt 1C:Trade Management (UT) for warehouse picking and marketplace fulfillment business processes. 🧩 About the Role: we are looking for a specialist at the intersection of development and analytics, who has a deep understanding of warehouse logistics, knows how to work with Cleverence products (Mobile SMARTS), and can manage tasks from requirements gathering to testing and implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in the niche of warehouse automation and marketplace fulfillment. 🚀 Key Tasks: — Adaptation of 1C:Trade Management for warehouse picking and marketplace fulfillment business processes. — Collection of business requirements (BR) and functional requirements (FR), structuring and documenting tasks for developers. — Development and refinement of business processes, operations, server and client handlers in the Cleverence environment. — Setting up data exchange with 1C (online, offline, and mixed modes). — Configuring data collection terminals (DCTs), document templates, and label printing. — Independent testing of tasks (main, boundary, and negative scenarios), demonstrating results to clients, and implementation. — Error prevention, monitoring incoming requests, and writing queries to the 1C database.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements (Hard Skills): Cleverence Products (CRITICAL!): — Knowledge and experience with products: Mobile SMARTS, Warehouse 15, Store 15, Factory 15. 1C Development and Administration: — Confident knowledge of the built-in 1C language, query language, working in the Configurator and with the debugger. — Understanding of extension mechanisms (priority of extensions over modifying standard configurations). — Experience with standard configurations: 1C:UT, 1C:ERP, 1C:KA, 1C:UNF. — Deployment of test databases, publishing web services, creating backups (.cf, .cfe, .mslx). Integrations and Processes: — Experience with HTTP and Web services, JSON, XML, file exchange. — Understanding of warehouse processes: document postings, accumulation and information registers, transactions, and locks. — Knowledge of mandatory labeling processes ("Honest Mark" system): receiving, shipping, aggregation, working with UTDs (Universal Transfer Document) and reconciling discrepancies. Analytics and Quality: — Ability to estimate task complexity and write clear, maintainable code. — Skill in conducting independent testing.

🤝 Soft Skills Requirements: — Ability to structure information and translate business needs into technical tasks. — Responsibility for results and attention to detail. — Readiness for a hybrid work format with office visits in Strogino.
