Format: full-time; Moscow and Moscow Oblast, office/hybrid
Salary Range: 200-400
Tasks:
- Lead the 1C development team: tasks, code review, mentoring;
- Develop and refine 1C:UT for the company's business processes;
- Automate sales, procurement, warehouse, pricing, and logistics;
- Optimize performance and existing code;
- Develop integrations with the website, marketplaces, and external services.
Requirements:
- 1C development experience of 5+ years, Team Lead role experience of 1+ year;
- Strong knowledge of 1C:Enterprise and 1C:UT;
- Experience with non-standard modifications and integrations: REST API, HTTP, JSON/XML;
- Skills in code review, task decomposition, and estimation;
- Ability to understand business processes and propose technical solutions.
