Lead 1C Developer (Retail, Chestny Znak, Cash Registers)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance 1C Retail for the needs of a chain of 40+ stores
- Work with Chestny Znak: labeling in all processes, requires deep immersion
- Support and develop cash registers, RIB exchanges, integrations with websites and related systems
- Independently solve tasks based on technical specifications and process descriptions — from analysis to implementation
- Analyze and refactor complex and unfamiliar code, perform quality refactoring
- Work with business requirements, not just ready-made technical specifications
- Adhere to development standards
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with 1C Retail at a lead developer level
- Experience working with retail chains of 40+ stores
- Understanding of labeling (Chestny Znak) — in-depth. If there is no practical experience, but there is theory and a strong desire to learn, we also consider candidates
- Experience with cash registers
- Integration experience: websites, related systems, RIB exchanges
- Proficiency in development standards
- Ability to work with business requirements, not just technical specifications
- Confident communication during the interview — this is very important
- Proactive approach: desire to dig deeper, study new configurations, master Chestny Znak
- Interest in processes, not just code
- Readiness to work closely with labeling, as it is present everywhere in our systems
