Good day 🏦Seeking a Lead System Analyst with Team Lead function

Income 455000 RUB gross under Labor Code and 514100 RUB gross under sole proprietorship (before taxes) (depending on employment type - Labor Code or sole proprietorship, and based on technical interview results)

Team management, efficiency improvement, hiring, employee training.

Requirements:

Experience managing a team of 5+ people for at least 2 years in one place

• At least 5 years of system analysis experience

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, understanding of principles and values;

• Understanding of the development lifecycle and the value of each stage;

• Proficient knowledge of Jira, Confluence (creating Epics, Tasks, working with charts and dashboards, building queries)

• Ability to read complex stored procedures and functions, as well as write complex queries for MSSQL and PostgreSQL

• Understanding of message broker operation and configuration (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Knowledge of HTTP/REST (understanding principles, knowledge of methods, understanding URL structure and ability to write endpoints)

• Understanding of orchestrator operation (using Kubernetes as an example)

• Understanding of React operation

• Knowledge of Camunda and ability to design business processes using BPMN

• Ability to justify the choice of integration type for a specific task;

• Practical experience in writing architectural documentation

• Understanding of MSSQL and PostgreSQL DBMS operation and their differences.

• Experience in task decomposition and estimation.

• Knowledge of SOAP will be a plus

• Experience with Kibana will be a plus
