We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage recruitment teams across the company. This role is responsible for overseeing daily recruiting operations, improving hiring processes, supporting recruiters, and making sure open positions are filled on time with qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate has strong management experience, excellent English communication skills, and proven experience working with international recruitment teams. Experience with ATS platforms, especially Pinpoint, is a strong plus.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
Experience working with international teams is required
Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with ATS systems
Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
Experience hiring white and blue collar roles
Experience managing high-volume recruitment
Experience improving recruitment processes and recruiter performance
Experience working with remote or distributed teams
