Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an international tech company. Location: Almaty

Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer and onboarding; • Interact with hiring managers and develop search strategies; • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels; • Conduct headhunting for challenging positions; • Develop a talent pipeline; • Track metrics and prepare analytics; • Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and HR projects.

Requirements: ✔️ 2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition; ✔️ Strong sourcing and assessment skills; ✔️ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; ✔️ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously independently; ✔️ Fluent English (mandatory due to close interaction with the head office);
