I'm expanding the team and looking for another wonderful recruiter to join me :) I've successfully found my person this way before, let's try again!

A little about us: we are the recruitment agency Lenkep Recruitment, and for over 5 years we have been selecting specialists for absolutely different companies — Fintech, iGaming, Gamedev, mobile development, and much more. We are over 50 people, we have an international team, and we are based in Serbia. My team specifically focuses on searching for specialists in non-IT areas (commercial department, all C-lvl, marketing, creative unit, back-office), but in reality, we are very versatile, and sometimes we also handle IT roles.

What you will be doing: – Actively searching for candidates from various sources (including LinkedIn, Telegram, social networks, non-standard channels, any methods are good if they work); – Conducting quality video interviews, presenting candidates to clients, and supporting them at all stages of the funnel; – Interacting with clients and hiring managers; – Keeping up with trends and updates in the HR field, staying focused, and participating in the development of the department.

What we want to see in you: – At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter; – Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus; – English from B2 and above; – Your personal LinkedIn profile; – Ability to multitask and readiness to work on several vacancies simultaneously (7–8 vacancies); – Attention to detail, articulate speech and writing, business acumen is everything to us; – Proactivity and initiative, readiness to find solutions for non-standard situations.
