Uniform Designer-Technologist

Your responsibilities will include:
- In terms of pre-project research for uniform design:
- developing uniform concepts (including sketches, modeling, and material selection);
- visualizing uniform sketches and prototypes;
- analyzing customer requirements for uniform design in line with the brand image;
- monitoring existing market analogs of uniform collections and fashion trends in uniform design, as well as analyzing the assortment and cost of competitors' uniforms.
- In terms of creating and implementing uniform models/collections in production:
- defining requirements for the developed uniform considering its climatic conditions of use, gender, and age;
- forming a request and technical specification for launching the current assortment into production;
- testing uniform samples and forming proposals for defect elimination;
- optimizing the assortment in terms of its effectiveness.
What we expect from you:
- Specialized education (not lower than secondary vocational);
- Proven experience in clothing development and design;
- Ability to work with technical documentation for clothing production;
- Proficient user of Clo3d, Marvelous Designer, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw;
- High level of organization, independence, attention to detail, multitasking, and adherence to deadlines.
