☑️What you will be doing: -actively participate in the development of microservices in Python; -participate in the elaboration of technical requirements, architecture, and solution approaches; -participate in managing the team's backlog, prioritizing and controlling task execution; -engage in people management: participate in hiring, employee development, etc.
☑️What we expect from the specialist? -experience as an MLOps Engineer for at least 4 years; -experience as a Team Lead/ conducting code reviews – at least 1 year; -experience in commercial backend development in Python for at least 3 years; -understanding of IT system integration methods (buses, queues, APIs); -practical experience with Kubernetes, Redis; -experience working with relational databases, strong SQL knowledge; -understanding of CI/CD principles; -understanding of microservice architecture; -experience working with AI models and their implementation.
Will be a plus: -knowledge in the field of BigData (Hadoop, Spark), OpenSearch; -knowledge of process schedulers (Airflow); -experience in the banking sector; -understanding of Agile development methodologies; -knowledge of core development management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); -knowledge and experience in Machine Learning; -experience in managing IT projects, including the development and implementation of ML models in production; -experience in developing ML models as a data scientist, data engineer, ML Ops.
