Requirements: Experience in Fintech with credit lines is important. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / System Analyst. Understanding of core fintech processes: payments, transaction lifecycle, integrations with external financial systems. Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, PCI DSS) will be an advantage. Confident knowledge and application of requirements gathering, analysis, and formalization techniques, experience in prototyping and requirements management. Experience in writing clear and structured documentation (technical specifications, user stories, specifications, diagrams). Technical literacy: understanding of software architecture, client-server and microservices systems. Understanding of API principles (REST/JSON), experience in describing and analyzing integrations. Basic SQL skills and data analysis. Understanding of software development and implementation processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban). Experience in system analysis, ability to decompose complex tasks and find optimal solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with business, development, and external partners. Independence, responsibility, and proactivity in work.
