Description
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer capable of ensuring high-level protection of the corporate information environment.
Responsibilities
- Configuration and maintenance of secure communication channels, including setting up VPN tunnels and proxy servers for secure data transmission.
- Administration of email server infrastructure (DNS, MX records, hosting)
- Ensuring reliable operation of file storage systems (Samba, NFS, FTP/SFTP, etc.)
- Preparation and maintenance of employee workstations and smartphones, installation of necessary tools for secure user interaction (antivirus programs, disk encryption, client applications for secure communication)
- Configuration and monitoring of communication solutions for collaboration and remote access, including internal developments
- Monitoring of network connections, detection of suspicious activities, and timely response to security incidents
- Regular updating of software and operating systems at all levels of IT infrastructure to minimize vulnerabilities
- Consulting employees on the correct setup and operation of corporate applications and services
- Participation in the development of cybersecurity development strategy, formulation of plans to improve the level of information security
- Conducting internal audits, risk assessment, and developing recommendations for eliminating security system deficiencies
- Formulating proposals for management regarding optimization of information security expenses.
- Presenting work results to senior management and organization employees, defending implemented measures and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and administration of infrastructure components
- Deep understanding of network principles and VPN protocols such as IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard
- Practical experience managing Linux and Windows Server, configuring Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos services
- Ability to configure monitoring systems (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)
- Good knowledge of popular email platforms and protocols
- Skills in configuring antivirus and firewall solutions (Kaspersky, ESET, Fortinet, Sophos)
- Basic programming skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell for automating routine operations
- Fast adoption of new technologies and solutions in cybersecurity
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to effectively interact with colleagues from different departments
- Demonstration of leadership qualities, ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to take responsibility for the final result, independently finding non-standard ways to solve complex problems.
