What you will be doing: – Green field (0→1): For a new AI direction, we are looking for someone who will develop models and agent systems for exchange-traded funds and trust management strategies on local (Nvidia H200 GPU cluster) and cloud infrastructure. – See the results: direct impact on product profitability and efficiency of business processes in the organization, not just on low-level metrics. – Kaggle-like: a unique project in the market, interesting applied tasks, we implement cutting-edge technologies, we involve a competitive element.
Requirements: – At least 5 years of experience as an MLE / DS. – At least 3 years of experience with LLM / ML in a production environment (mandatory). – Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, knowledge of C++. – Advanced level in ML/DL, probability theory, and statistics. – Experience in building agent systems, expert knowledge of LangGraph. – Knowledge and practical application of microservice architecture patterns. – Knowledge of Git, Scikit-learn, CatBoost, PyTorch, Crawl4AI, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Qdrant / Milvus, Airflow, MLflow.
