PRODUCT MANAGER (Private Banking)

Product Owner: manages the product from idea to release and tests hypotheses using AI.

🛠 Special Skills and Knowledge: — 4-5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in fintech/banking. — Product Strategy: vision, roadmap, backlog management and prioritization, decomposition into epics and stories. — Technical foundation: understanding of client-server and mobile application architecture, REST/gRPC API, microservices, queues, databases. — Practical coding skills at the level of reading and modification (Python / JavaScript / Kotlin / Swift). — Vibe coding: confident prototyping with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0). — AI Engineering Fundamentals: working with LLMs via API, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, integrating AI functions into products, understanding model limitations and risks. — Product analytics, A/B tests, unit economics; Jira/Confluence; reading mockups in Figma; Agile/Scrum/Kanban.

🧠 Personal Qualities: — Strategic and systemic thinking, ability to see the product as a whole. — Leadership and ability to lead a team without direct administrative subordination. — Strong communication: translation between business and technical language. — Results and client orientation, responsibility for business metrics. — Willingness to experiment and learn new things quickly.

📋 Responsibilities: — Formulate product vision and roadmap for Private digital services. — Gather and prioritize requirements, set tasks for the team, control acceptance. — Participate in architectural decisions, control technical debt and non-functional requirements. — Personally prototype hypotheses using AI and bring them to production standard. — Define product metrics and KPIs, make data-driven decisions. — Coordinate work with business, risks, compliance, information security, infrastructure; remove blockers. — Develop a culture and standards for the safe use of AI within the team.
