We operate in a large vertical of betting and media projects in Russia and the CIS. We are currently looking for a strong designer who can create understandable, converting product interfaces, works with design systems, and significantly accelerates their work through advanced AI usage.
We are NOT looking for someone who just generates images in Midjourney or uses ChatGPT as a text editor. We need a specialist who has integrated AI into their regular development pipeline (from automating routine tasks in Figma to generating complex UI components).
Product Designer (Web / Mobile Web) with deep knowledge of AI tools
What needs to be done (Responsibilities):
- Design and Redesign: Development of modern, high-converting interfaces for content and product projects. Focus is on adaptive design and Mobile Web (mobile versions of websites in a browser), NOT native applications.
- Work with Scale: Drawing new pages, blocks, and adapting layouts for any resolution within a unified visual style of the product.
- Design Systems: Maintenance, development, and assembly of UI-kits/design systems for media portals.
- Graphics and UI Elements: Creation of banners, icons, and promotional materials (including with the help of neural networks).
- Interaction: Close collaboration with editors, marketers, and developers.
- Platforms: Periodic work with Wordpress projects (understanding the specifics of layout will be a plus).
Candidate Requirements:
- UI/UX Experience: 2-3 years of experience in web design (experience in betting, gambling, crypto, or content media niches will be your main advantage).
- Figma (Advanced): Proficiency in the tool, working with components, variants, Auto Layout 5.0, and variables.
- Mobile First: Deep understanding of mobile interface UX, grids, and user behavior patterns on smartphones.
- Hard AI Skills (Critical): Fluent in Figma AI (for generating prototypes, finding layers, auto-renaming, etc.), automation plugins, as well as advanced prompt engineering in Midjourney / Stable Diffusion / Claude / ChatGPT for solving real interface tasks, not just for fun.
- Professional Maturity: Ability to justify decisions with data and logic, adequate attitude towards edits, and focus on business metrics (conversion).
Working Conditions:
- Format: Fully remote work, project-based / freelance employment with the prospect of long-term cooperation. !Not full-time
- Hourly or per-layout payment
- Projects: Work only on internal company products (no capricious external clients).
- Employment Type: Self-employed (SZ) or sole proprietorship (IP).
