Internship Conditions

Paid Internship

The intern will become a YADRO employee. We will sign a fixed-term employment contract and start paying a salary.

Convenient Format

Remote or from offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, and Minsk.

2.5 Months, 40 Hours Per Week

From July to September, you will work full-time. If you have a planned vacation during this period, we will not be able to invite you for the internship, as the remaining time may not be enough to complete the assigned tasks.

Practice Registration

Internship completion can be registered as a practical training.

Full-time students aged 18 and over:

• in specialized colleges
• in universities:
• Bachelor's or Specialist degree — from the 2nd year
• Master's degree — 1st year
• 2026 Bachelor's graduates continuing their studies in Master's programs

How the Internship Works

/01 Onboarding

• Mentor: Every summer intern will have a mentor. The Impulse mentor will help you dive into the task and share their expertise.
• Educational Program: Lectures and practical sessions from YADRO experts for quick immersion.

/02 Working on a Task

• Real Engineering Project: You will become part of the team and gain experience working on an active project in one of YADRO's departments.
• Meeting Experts: Interaction with colleagues ready to share their experience.
• Activities: Team building, conversation clubs, and other events.

/03 Summarizing Results

• Offer for Top Students: The most successful students will receive an offer to join the YADRO team.
• Graduation Ceremony: Events to celebrate the program's completion.

How to Get an Internship

1. Application Review: The team reviews applications.
2. Testing: Testing stages are conducted for certain directions.
3. Team Interview: Interviews to demonstrate knowledge and skills.
