Vacancy: Python Engineer (Middle+ / AI-Native)

AI will kill the developer profession! But definitely not in this vacancy. We need a Middle+ Python developer with Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Continue, Aider — in short, with any AI assistant at hand and the skill to productively leverage this assistant.

An international company Dualboot Partners. The team builds powerful web and mobile solutions in B2B (development, technical management, design, QA). Clients include both ambitious startups and giants from the Fortune 500. They have integrated AI into every stage of development through their own DB90 ecosystem.

What you'll be doing?

• Writing Python code and tests;
• Leading several projects simultaneously. Designing architecture from scratch for new solutions and picking up existing tasks, instantly understanding the context;
• Participating in client calls in English;
• Conducting cross-functional Code Reviews and coordinating the work of adjacent teams (FE, Mobile, QA);
• Influencing the tech stack. The specialist will have carte blanche to apply their experience;
• Solving a wide range of tasks: from Celery and background processes to projects with AI/ML components.

What they expect?

• Solid knowledge and experience in commercial Python development (Django/DRF, FastAPI — one framework);
• Fluent use of Cursor and AI assistants;
• Project or team lead experience;
• Understanding of web application architecture and server operation principles, knowledge of design patterns;
• English: minimum B2;
• Knowledge of Docker and Redis.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AWS and Terraform;
• Understanding of React/TypeScript;
• Experience in projects with AI/ML tasks.
