🚀 We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager

The company is developing an ecosystem for industry professionals: it has a media website, online services, a print magazine, YouTube channels, and also conducts educational online projects (conferences and lecture halls).

Currently, they are looking for a specialist to help take the brand to the global market.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategy for bringing the media brand to the international market;
• Seek out and build partnerships with media, companies, and influencers in the industry;
• Launch collaborations and joint projects to promote the brand;
• Attract first advertisers and sponsors for integrations;
• Develop a network of contacts in the industry (brands, media, conference organizers);
• Represent the brand at industry events and conferences;
• Generate and test hypotheses for audience growth and brand awareness;
• Work closely with the editorial team to implement partnership and growth initiatives.

🔍 We are looking for:

• Experience in developing media, content projects, or digital products;
• Experience in finding partners and building long-term relationships with them;
• Successful cases of conducting collaborations or marketing integrations;
• Negotiation skills with brands;
• English language proficiency — not lower than C1 (fluent).

- Important: must be able to attend offline conferences in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

🌟 Will be a big plus:

• Experience in iGaming / affiliate marketing;
• Systemic approach and ability to build processes from scratch;
• Proactiveness and readiness to offer own ideas.

🕐 Conditions and schedule:

• Schedule: 7 working hours + 1 hour for lunch (flexible start, 9-11 local time);
• Remote work format
