We are looking for a strong Head of Marketing for an international project in the crypto lending sector.

📍 Format: remote 💰 Compensation: $3,000–4,000 🕐 Schedule: 5/2

Responsibilities: — Full management of the marketing department and accountability for results; — Development and implementation of customer acquisition strategy; — Team and contractor management; — Control of advertising budgets and channel effectiveness; — Funnel management: lead → application → disbursement → repeat disbursement; — Analysis of CAC, CPL, ROI/ROMI, LTV, conversion rates, and other key metrics; — Search and testing of new traffic sources, combinations, and GEOs; — Scaling effective channels and optimizing ineffective ones; — Close collaboration with product, analytics, and commercial teams.

Requirements: — Experience in marketing management within FinTech / MFO / Crypto / Gambling / Betting / other high-risk niches; — Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics; — Experience with large volumes of traffic and advertising budgets; — Ability to not just lead a team, but to independently dive into numbers and identify growth opportunities; — Focus on business results and readiness to work in a dynamic pace.

🔥 Experience promoting financial or crypto products in multiple GEOs will be a big plus.

The project is actively developing, so we are looking for a person who can take full responsibility for marketing, build a system, and scale results.
