🚀 We are looking for a Marketing Team Lead in a rapidly growing crypto-fintech company.

Who we are looking for: A strong marketing leader with proven experience in B2B (7+ years in marketing + lead position experience). Someone who thinks in terms of money, funnels, and ROMI, not just reach. Experience in fintech or crypto will be a huge advantage.

We already have a working B2C product and the first major B2B clients. The company is now entering a serious growth phase for its B2B direction. We need someone to build a marketing system and take it to the next level.

✅ Your responsibilities will include: • Building marketing into a unified, effective system • Achieving a stable 50+ qualified B2B leads per month • Growing and motivating a strong team (already 5+ people) • Managing all channels (SMM, SEO, email, performance, content, PR) and budget so that every invested dollar brings results • Working in close tandem with the product team and CEO
