A fast-growing crypto CEX platform is looking for a strong Marketing Lead to develop the user acquisition direction and scale the trading audience.

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who has a good understanding of high-risk verticals, performance marketing, and knows how to not just bring traffic, but also convert users into active traders.

💼 Responsibilities: • Develop and scale the user acquisition strategy for a crypto exchange • Work with CPA networks, affiliate partners, and high-risk traffic sources • Launch and optimize acquisition funnels • Improve onboarding, retention, and trader conversion • Analyze user behavior, performance, and funnel effectiveness • Scale paid traffic and improve unit economics • Closely interact with product and business teams

✅ Requirements: • Strong experience in performance marketing / growth marketing • Experience in crypto / gambling / betting / forex / other high-risk verticals • Understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion mechanics, and retention • Experience with analytical tools (Amplitude, Segment, etc.) • Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills • Understanding of crypto/CEX audience behavior • Experience in scaling traffic and optimizing performance metrics • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
