Which team are we hiring for
Finance Block Development Team
We develop high-load distributed systems for finance automation: Treasury, Securitization, and Risk Management. We process terabytes of data on Apache Spark (batch + streaming) and write microservices in Python (FastAPI). We implement AI solutions (LLM/RAG) for liquidity forecasting and report generation. Choose a specialization — BigData or Microservices.
Responsibilities
BigData Specialization:
- Design and develop high-performance ETL/ELT processes based on Apache Spark (batch + streaming) for big data processing.
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries, work with corporate storage systems (DWH, Data Lake, LakeHouse).
Microservices Specialization:
Develop microservice architecture and API interfaces in Python (FastAPI, Django, Streamlit) for integration with internal and external systems.
General Responsibilities:
- Integrate LLM models (RAG, Agentic) into business logic for automating calculations and supporting decision-making.
- Ensure code quality: code review, static analysis, writing unit tests, implementing coding standards.
- Participate in architectural sessions, align technical solutions with customers and adjacent teams.
Additional for Lead:
- Manage a distributed team of developers (5–7 people): task assignment, deadline control, workload distribution.
- Organize Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), conduct planning and retrospective meetings.
- Be responsible for release cycles, risk management, and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and develop team members, conduct technical sessions.
