We are looking for a Head of Corporate and Physical Security: 5 offices in 4 countries, a team of about 30 people, and external security contractors. Opportunity to define the function's strategy and lead its implementation.

🎯 Responsibilities: 🔹 Audit current system, risk assessment, and security strategy development. 🔹 Organize protection of employees, offices, and corporate events. 🔹 Personnel screening, internal audits, and protection of confidential information in collaboration with relevant teams. 🔹 Team and contractor management, implementation of standards, and incident response.

👤 Requirements: ✔️ 3–5 years of security experience, including in international companies. ✔️ Knowledge of corporate, economic, and physical security, understanding of information security basics. ✔️ Practice in personnel screening and facility security. ✔️ Experience in people management and process building. ✔️ Fluent Russian or Ukrainian, English B2+.
