Head of Company / CEO / Head of Cyber Security Business

Almaty

We are looking for a leader for an international technology group to develop a cybersecurity business in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Key tasks: • Development of a growth strategy and business scaling; • Sales development in Enterprise, Government and Middle Market; • Responsibility for P&L, revenue, margin and cash flow; • Formation of a management team: sales, presales, delivery; • Development of partnerships with key vendors; • Working with C-level clients and participation in major deals.

We are looking for you if you have: • 7–10 years of experience in IT/IB, including 5+ years in a management role; • Experience in business growth and sales management in Enterprise and Government; • Experience working with vendors and integrators; • Strong skills in P&L, EBITDA, cash flow and pipeline management; • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market and modern solutions; • Experience in building teams and conducting complex negotiations.
