🛡 Responsibilities
• Develop business in the Retail segment: form and update an industry value proposition, taking into account customer tasks and specifics; • Be responsible for achieving sales plan indicators for the industry and developing the commercial potential of the direction; • Build relationships with key customers, find new opportunities, and independently manage large deals at all stages; • Develop the BDM team: assist with the adaptation of new colleagues, act as a mentor, and share industry expertise; • Manage the quality of the sales funnel and the accuracy of data in CRM for precise budget planning and performance forecasting; • Collaborate with industry client directors, identify growth points, and expand the company's presence with customers.

• Experience in selling information security solutions for over 3 years and understanding key classes of IS solutions: NGFW, DLP, WAF, SOC, and others; • Experience working with large corporate customers and managing complex deals with long sales cycles; • Understand the specifics of Retail: industry business processes, key tasks, and information security requirements; • Ability to comprehensively assess customer needs and form package offers considering their business tasks; • Willingness to be responsible for the results of the direction, share expertise, and act as a mentor for colleagues.
