A well-known trade and manufacturing holding company (on the market for over 25 years) is looking for a Head of Security.

🔷 Responsibilities:

• Audit of the existing security system: security personnel and payroll, operational processes, systems used, interaction with information security, existing regulations and policies, express analysis of problem areas indicated by shareholders and top management.
• Development and implementation of a new security department structure with clear and transparent KPIs for employees.
• Standardization of work for all security department units (regulations, instructions, responsibility matrices).
• Threat classification, identification of priority segments for operational correction to reduce risks and minimize losses.
• Full cycle of security incident management: identification, registration, investigation, consequence mitigation, prevention of recurrence.
• Reboot of the economic security service, creation of a new process aimed at preventing financial losses: higher quality work with customers, as well as with sellers and contractors; revision of procurement activities across the entire holding perimeter, advocating for new procurement policies with sufficient security control with shareholders. Procurement analytics.
• Special procedure for large transactions. Implementation of tender procedures using digital solutions. Interaction with information security for control and loss prevention purposes.
• Creation and management of a physical security system for all holding facilities and inventory: private security companies, operational duty officers, access control systems (ACS), and video surveillance systems.
• Updating regulations on access control and internal site regimes. Mandatory stress testing (analogous to Pentest in information security).
• Ensuring measures for working within the framework of fire safety, civil defense and emergency situations, as well as personal data.

🔷 Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in one of the following fields: Law (specialization: criminal law, economic security), Law Enforcement, Economic Security, State and Municipal Administration (with a security profile).
• Work experience in law enforcement agencies (Department for Economic Crimes, Prosecutor's Office, Investigative Committee, FSB) – from 5 years.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in leadership positions in the security services of trade and manufacturing companies with over 2000 employees.
• Practical skills in conducting inspections, internal investigations, audits.
• Knowledge of the legislative framework (Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law "On Security", "On Personal Data", Code of Administrative Offenses).
• Strategic thinking and systematic approach.
• Stress resistance – ability to work under pressure and in non-standard situations.
