RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interaction with government bodies (GASK, architecture, land committees)
• Support of permits and documentation (APZ, PSD, commissioning)
• Coordination of lawyers' work, control of deadlines and tasks
• Litigation in construction and administrative disputes
• Legal expertise of contracts (construction, design, supply)
• Minimization of legal and regulatory risks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher legal education (preferably from leading universities)
• 7+ years of experience in law, mandatory in construction/development
• 3+ years of management experience (deputy/head of department)
• Mandatory experience interacting with GASK, architecture, government bodies
• Deep knowledge of urban planning, land, civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Practical experience supporting projects from permits to commissioning
• Successful experience in undergoing inspections and resolving court disputes
• Skills in conducting complex negotiations with government bodies and counterparties
• High stress resistance, systematic approach, result orientation
