Looking for a CPO to lead Twinby's next growth stage
Your tasks:
Strategy and Monetization
- Develop product strategy and defend priorities by influencing revenue and business metrics
- Own product unit economics and participate in financial modeling with the CFO
- Develop monetization: subscriptions, IAP, upsell mechanics, tariff strategy
Analytics and Growth
- Launch and scale hypotheses through A/B tests and analytics
- Build joint planning with marketing: product mechanics and UA campaigns work as a single system
Team and Processes
- Build and develop the product team: PM, design, analytics
- Implement standards for working with requirements, metrics, and post-release analysis
Must-have:
- Experience leading a product function at the Head of Product / Head of Growth / CPO / VP Product level — with responsibility for strategy and measurable results
- B2C mobile subscription product with a real audience
- Can demonstrate personal contribution to key metric growth: what you changed, what effect you achieved, and how
- Unit economics as a working tool — CAC, LTV, ARPPU, D30, churn in decision-making
- Experience in joint planning with marketing at the GTM and UA level
Will be a plus:
- Dating, social, entertainment, or related subscription verticals
- CIS market: RuStore, AppMetrica, VK Ads, Yandex
- Participation in investor narrative regarding product strategy
- Experience launching a new product or vertical
