Hi! We are 4dev.com — a Contractor-of-Record platform: we help companies legally pay contractors and freelancers in 150+ countries, with a strong focus on game development.
We are looking for a remote SDR for lead generation via LinkedIn, Email, and Telegram. If you work with GetSales and Smartlead and have 1.5+ years of outreach experience — you are welcome.
What you will do: — Formulate hypotheses for ICP — Collect databases from Apollo (and other sources), score and validate them — Set up and manage email campaigns in Smartlead — Set up and manage LinkedIn campaigns in GetSales — Schedule demos for Sales/BizDev
Who we are looking for: — 1.5+ years of outreach experience — Proficient in GetSales and Smartlead — Independence and focus on results, not process
Conditions: — All infrastructure (accounts, tools) — on our side — Fully remote format, part-time — Minimum meetings — Cumulative income $1200+ upon achieving the plan of 10 demos/month
