Product Analyst

The IT company of ADM GLOBAL Group is responsible for the full cycle of corporate information technology development: from digital product development and business system support to IT infrastructure management, data analytics, and information security. We create a unified technological space for the group of companies, ensuring reliable service operation, internal product development, and the implementation of modern digital solutions.

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Analyst who will take on the analytical expertise for the entire direction. We need a specialist capable of independently identifying business needs in data, defining necessary metrics and funnels, finding patterns, identifying the causes of deviations and growth points, as well as forming analytical recommendations for making effective business decisions.

You will work at the intersection of all directions, helping teams ask the right questions to the data, interpret results, and find the right segments for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• High-level analysis of the company's business indicators, identifying where funnels are missing and what metrics are lacking in different areas.
• Independently delve into the data: find anomalies, get to the root causes of problems.
• Assist teams across the company with data presentation — selecting the right segments, reporting formats, trend interpretation.
• Develop financial models (unit economics, scenario analysis, forecasting).
• Develop and implement product/business metrics from scratch.
• Formulate a general approach and methodology for business analysis for the team.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in product/business analytics.
• Proficient SQL, Python.
• Understanding of funnels, unit economics, financial modeling.
• Ability to work with unstructured tasks: not waiting for an SOW, but finding out what to look at and why independently.
• Proactivity and ability to communicate with different teams within the company.
