We are the PRBR team – a platform for business development in the regions. Our team is developing an automated management system for Sber's top managers.
The system is a symbiosis of an automated management system, a knowledge base, and a reporting system, which allows for business development in the regions by assessing the key needs and potential of regions based on a unified accounting system for regional, investment, and pilot projects, best practices, and ecosystem products.
We are looking for a fullstack analyst who is interested in fully implementing e2e solutions, from defining business tasks and collecting data to deploying solutions into PRODUCTION using artificial intelligence. This role is at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and AI systems architecture within the Bank.

Responsibilities
- analyzing the performance of multi-agent systems in accordance with the set business task, writing prompts for agents, searching for anomalies in the operation of AI solutions
- developing Python scripts and pipelines for collecting datasets
- conducting research, identifying patterns and dependencies in data, building and testing hypotheses
- working with large data arrays, logs, generation results
- interacting with DS, platform, security, and business teams.
- documenting technical solutions, discussing inter-service interactions within the team and with the architect
- working with user feedback, conducting analytics, fixing tasks in the backlog
- elaborating business requirements for new functionality with customers
- developing technical specifications for assigning tasks to developers (API, DB, services)
- controlling the quality of solution development
Requirements
- proficient Python: data analysis, automation, scripts, pipelines
- experience working with data: structured and semi-structured
- engineering mindset: ability to analyze complex systems
- interest in the architecture of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering
- ability to formulate metrics for "intangible" things: response quality, risk, trust
- desire to work with systems that the business genuinely depends on
- experience working with user feedback, ability to identify important and in-demand aspects for the product
- skills in collecting and documenting requirements for new functionality using User Stories/Use Cases
- participation in testing, verifying solution compliance with requirements.
