🔅About the project:
Custom development of client-server applications on Java.
Project "Moskovskoye dolgoletiye" (Moscow Longevity) — a social initiative aimed at improving the quality of life for senior citizens through educational, sports, and cultural activities.
Project duration: over 1 year
🔅What you will be doing:
- Analyzing the completeness of materials for documentation preparation
- Creating and formatting technical, project, and operational documentation
- Quality control of documentation
- Developing technical specifications and supporting documents
- Preparing information security documentation (in accordance with customer requirements and FSTEC orders)
- Participation in testing (including conducting tests)
- Optimizing documentation development and approval processes
- Training employees
- Assessing, planning, and distributing tasks
🔅What we expect from you:
- Work experience as a technical writer for 5+ years
- Mandatory experience working with procurement documentation under 44-FZ (key requirement)
- Experience participating in tender procedures (94-FZ / 44-FZ)
- Experience preparing documentation for government procurement
- Ability to structure large volumes of technical information
- Skill in writing clear, concise, and structured texts
- Understanding of software development processes
- Experience in developing technical and user documentation
- Higher technical education
- Competent written and oral communication
🔅Will be a big plus
- Knowledge of FSTEC requirements and practices for preparing information security documentation
- Experience working on custom development projects
- Experience in optimizing documentation processes
