Responsibilities:
- Collection of all necessary materials and writing IT documentation according to GOST 19 standards for NSD information systems, such as core back-end systems, web interfaces, and client applications, integration systems.
- Compliance with all internal requirements and regulations for work, including requirements for working with regulated information systems (ЗОКИИ) from Information Security.
- Support of prepared documentation in terms of updating versions based on changes made to the software (enhancements, releases).
- Coordination, processing of comments, consulting interested departments on the developed documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing GOST 19 documentation for IT systems in accordance with regulatory requirements for regulated information systems (ЗОКИИ) in the financial sector!
- Knowledge of GOST standards (19…; 34…; 59…), requirements for the design and content of all main document types within the standard.
- Experience in writing project, IT, and operational documentation.
- Ability to structure large volumes of information, quickly navigate through IT documentation of various purposes and content.
- Skills in conducting interviews, collecting information and working materials.
- Good communication skills for gathering necessary information from project team members and a wide range of related departments.
