Technical Writer
We are looking for a Technical Writer for a project with our partner, a major technology company. The project involves the development and support of documentation for a technology platform used to create and operate corporate IT solutions.

What you will do:
- Expertly control the content and quality of documentation prepared by development teams
- Assist in developing documentation and refining existing materials
- Advise development teams on documentation issues, participate in work planning
- Prepare documentation sets for various purposes, assemble documentation archives for distributions
- Participate in projects for automating and standardizing documentation processes
- Interact with development teams to improve the quality and completeness of documentation
What we expect from our future colleague:
- At least 2 years of experience in developing documentation for software developers and IT specialists
- Ability to structure information and write grammatically correct, concise texts in Russian
- Experience with version control systems (Git or similar)
- Experience with markup languages (Markdown, reStructuredText or similar)
- Understanding of the Docs as Code principle
- Ability to work with standards and apply them in documentation development
- Ability to read UML diagrams, preferably experience with PlantUML
- Proficiency in IT terminology and a broad understanding of the IT field
- Experience with Git, PlantUML
- Experience with wiki systems and task trackers (Confluence, Jira or similar)
- Experience working as a System or Business Analyst
- Experience building a single source of truth for documentation
Conditions
- Engagement period: 3–6 months (with the possibility of extension)
- Employment: Full-time
- Work format: Remote (only from the Russian Federation)
- Rate: 500 RUB/hour
- Willingness to complete a small test assignment (up to 1 hour).
