🚀 Technical Writer

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join the VK Tech team for an implementation project. The main task is to prepare project documentation according to GOST standards and support product implementation.

📍 Work format: remote / hybrid 🌍 Location: Russian Federation, not more than 2 hours difference from Moscow time 💵 Salary: from 120,000 RUB.

🛠 Your responsibilities will include

— Creating and updating project documentation in accordance with GOST R 21.101–2026 — Preparing a package of documentation for product delivery and acceptance — Working with the Docs as Code approach using lightweight markup — Interacting with developers, architects, implementation and availability engineers — Independently testing documentation and the product from an end-user perspective

🔎 What we expect

— Experience in developing technical documentation for at least 3 years — Mandatory experience with GOST R 21.101–2026 — Experience in preparing project documentation — Confident command of Git — Experience with lightweight markup languages in the Docs as Code approach — High IT erudition — Proficient spoken and written Russian — Ability to present information in a structured manner — Developed communication skills

⭐️ Bonus points

— Experience in operating or documenting OpenStack, VMware, AWS, GCP, or other virtualization platforms — Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, C#, Lua, or other programming languages at the level of reading and understanding code — Experience as a developer, system administrator, or implementation engineer
