Due to team expansion, we are opening a vacancy for a Technical Writer.

Responsibilities:

• Working with documentation debt: preparing operational and system documentation for completed developments and existing product functionality.
• Updating for releases: regularly updating documentation in accordance with new functionality and product changes.
• System and operational documentation: describing architecture and functionality (SRS), updating deployment and configuration instructions, preparing and updating user manuals

Requirements:

• Experience as a technical writer or documentation engineer for 2-3 years in software development.
• Ability to work with technical information: ability to analyze current implementations, configurations, and documents to understand functionality.
• Experience with core tools: confident command of Wiki (Confluence or similar) and task management systems (Jira or similar).
• Text processing skills: literacy, attention to detail, ability to structure complex information.
