We are looking for an AI Engineer to strengthen Flomni's technical team. We need a hands-on professional — someone who can integrate LLM capabilities into a real product and take responsibility for the results.

Your main task will be to build a reliable and secure service layer that enables AI functions within the platform, from text processing to large-scale data analytics.

What you will be doing: — RAG and Search: configure and optimize hybrid search across knowledge bases (semantics + keywords), work with chunking strategies, ranking, and response quality testing — Data Security: implement anonymization tools (PII/NER) before sending data to external LLM providers, build AI activity audits — Dialogue Analytics: automatic tagging, dialogue quality assessment, report generation based on client data — Integrations: build secure interfaces between AI components and external databases, CRMs, and providers (OpenAI, YandexGPT, GigaChat) — Data Handling: implement solutions for analyzing text and voice communications (transcription, tagging, classification) — Optimization: monitor token costs, latency, and participate in the development of AI infrastructure

Who we are looking for: — Strong backend development experience (3-5+ years) — Deep understanding of modern LLM systems — RAG, vector databases, orchestration — Understands the difference between a prototype in a chat and a fault-tolerant production solution — Ability to independently implement logic within existing backend systems

Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NATS, Weaviate (vector DB), Langfuse (tracing and Evals), PostHog, Yandex.Tracker

Will be a plus: — Experience with transcription and voice data — Experience deploying OSS models within a client's environment
