Our team is actively growing, so we are now looking for a Senior Web Designer.
Responsibilities:
– Develop a new visual system for the company's website and landing pages as part of a full rebranding.
– Template your work: auto-layouts, components, tokens, and other technical tools for efficient interface development.
– UX improvements based on analytics.
– Conduct research and tests of the main website in conjunction with analysts and product marketers.
– Work with no-code solutions and vibe coding.
– Interact with developers.
– Lead junior designers.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience, strong visual and UI skills.
– Experience in rebranding, building design systems and UI kits.
– Experience interacting with development.
– Willingness to work with data and analytics, discuss hypotheses.
– Practical experience with no-code (builders: Tilda and similar, AI tools: Claude, Codex, FigmaMake) and a desire to develop in this area.
– Willingness to be a lead designer: mentor the team, provide feedback, influence processes.
– Experience in EdTech will be a plus.
