We're looking for a People Partner to join the Product Division at inDrive.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to focus on policies, paperwork or process administration. It's a role for someone who enjoys helping leaders build stronger teams, solve organizational challenges and create an environment where great products can be built.
At inDrive, our Product Division creates products used by millions of people across 48 countries. As a People Partner, you'll work closely with Product, Design, and leadership teams to help them scale, navigate change and make better people decisions.

What you'll be doing: ✨ Partnering with Product Directors and senior leaders on people and organizational topics ✨ Driving performance reviews, calibration sessions, talent reviews and succession planning discussions ✨ Supporting organizational design, workforce planning and team effectiveness initiatives ✨ Using people analytics and engagement insights to identify risks and opportunities ✨ Helping leaders navigate growth, change and organizational transformations ✨ Influencing decisions around talent, performance, development, promotions and team structures ✨ Contributing to career frameworks, assessments, leadership development and talent programs ✨ Acting as a trusted partner during moments that matter most - whether it's scaling a team, supporting a leader or solving a complex people challenge
We're looking for someone who has: ✔ 4+ years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner ✔ Experience supporting Product, Technology, Design, Product Operations or other knowledge-intensive teams ✔ Strong expertise in Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development ✔ Experience working with senior leaders and confidence to challenge ideas when needed ✔ Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations ✔ Comfort working in a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly ✔ Curiosity about how products, teams and organizations grow
