Influence Manager

What you'll be doing:
Partner acquisition:
- Finding, attracting, and launching influencers
- Building long-term relationships with key partners
- Developing partnerships with trading, investing, and fintech influencers
Affiliate program development:
- Creating the affiliate program structure
- Developing motivation models (CPA / Revenue Share / Hybrid)
- Defining requirements for affiliate infrastructure and tracking
- Building a transparent economy for the affiliate channel
Growth & scaling:
- Developing a global partner network
- Searching for new traffic sources
- Scaling top partners through exclusive conditions
Strategy & market positioning:
- Analyzing competitors' affiliate programs
- Identifying new growth points
- Shaping Doto's positioning in the affiliate market
Team building:
- Building and developing a team of affiliate / partnership managers
- Forming processes for attracting and working with partners.
We expect you to
- Have 5+ years of experience in influence marketing / partnership / business development
- Have strong experience in Fintech, Crypto, Forex, Trading, or iGaming
- Deeply understand affiliate economics and performance marketing
- Have experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models
- Understand the affiliate ecosystem: media, influencers, communities, arbitrage teams
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
- Have experience building affiliate channels from scratch
- Be able to think strategically while also being hands-on
- Have a fluent command of the English language.
