What you will do
Partner acquisition:
- Search, attract, and launch influencers
- Build long-term relationships with key partners
- Develop partnerships with trading, investing, and fintech influencers
Affiliate program development:
- Create the structure of the affiliate program
- Develop motivation models (CPA / Revenue Share / Hybrid)
- Define requirements for affiliate infrastructure and tracking
- Build a transparent economy for the affiliate channel
Growth & scaling:
- Develop a global partner network
- Search for new traffic sources
- Scale the best partners through exclusive conditions
Strategy & market positioning:
- Analyze competitors' affiliate programs
- Search for new growth points
- Formulate Doto's positioning in the affiliate market
Team building:
- Build and develop a team of affiliate / partnership managers
- Formulate processes for attracting and working with partners.
We expect you to
- Have 5+ years of experience in influence marketing / partnership / business development
- Have strong experience in Fintech, Crypto, Forex, Trading, or iGaming
- Have a deep understanding of affiliate economics and performance marketing
- Have experience working with CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models
- Understand the affiliate ecosystem: media, influencers, communities, arbitrage teams
- Possess strong negotiation and communication skills
- Have experience building affiliate channels from scratch
- Be able to think strategically and act hands-on
- Have a fluent command of English.
