Responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and optimizing the customer care service (administrators)
- Training and developing the team in the area of client service
- Creating and implementing a customer journey map, improving key touchpoints
- Setting up tools for service quality control (satisfaction surveys, ratings)
- Developing and updating service standards
- Preparing reports on client service for management

Candidate expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing client service/customer care, preferably in the medical or service industry
- Experience working with teams of 20+ people
- Experience in restructuring client service and implementing unified service standards
- Deep understanding of customer-centric principles and communication specifics in the service sector
- Skills in planning and managing service resources (staff, schedules, workload)
- Ability to build a culture of care among employees — focus on customer satisfaction and team emotional comfort
- Skill in conducting internal audits of client communications and developing measures to improve quality
