AlfaСтрахование is opening a vacancy for the Head of Client Service Department.
AlfaСтрахование is the largest Russian private insurance group and one of the leading market players. The company is part of the Alfa-Group consortium and combines 4 business units in different areas of activity: traditional insurance products at AlfaСтрахование, investment and savings solutions at AlfaСтрахование-Life, mandatory health insurance at AlfaСтрахование-OMS, as well as medical services at the Alfa-Center of Health clinic network.
The Head of Medical Assistance and Analysis for Specific Insured Groups performs the following duties:
- Controls business processes for socially significant functions (support for oncology, cardiology, diabetes mellitus patients, and others)
- Organizes monitoring of functional development, controls project deadlines
- Organizes the collection and processing of digital information
- Interacts with branches based on analytics results
- Analyzes data exports from the company's software products, possible scenarios (export criteria)
- Categorizes the results of the analysis of generated exports, visualizes the results using modern modeling and forecasting methods
- Prepares professional-level presentation materials
- Interacts with related departments within the framework of developing socially significant functions
- Performs tasks assigned by the manager with high quality and within the set deadlines
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education, preferably medical education
Professional experience:
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience processing large volumes of information
- Processing data arrays, analyzing obtained information
- Presentation preparation experience
Professional knowledge and skills:
- Ability to work with regulatory documents (national projects, normative legal acts in the field of compulsory health insurance), ability to apply them in work
- High level of Excel proficiency
- Experience working with tables, data analysis, ability to draw conclusions from provided data
- Presentation preparation experience
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and with a large volume of information
- Experience in remote interaction with structural divisions
- Experience in report consolidation
- Business correspondence skills
Additional experience requirements:
- Experience in healthcare will be an advantage
- Computer skills: advanced MS Office user (Excel, PPT, Word).
- Personal characteristics: responsibility, high self-organization, active life position, teamwork skills, goal-orientation, results-orientation
Conditions:
- Probationary period: 3 months.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Work schedule: 5/2
- Business trips: regions of the company's presence once a quarter
