🚀 We are looking for a Head of Data!

Our product iGaming company is looking for a leader who will unite Data Analytics, Product Analytics, and Data Annotation, build the strategy for these areas, and help teams make data-driven decisions.

This is a role focused on people development, analytics quality, and measurable business results.

🎯 What you will do:

🔹 Formulate the strategy, structure, and roadmap for three areas.

🔹 Develop the team: hire specialists, conduct performance reviews, distribute responsibilities, and plan resources.

🔹 Manage analytical tasks: establish priorities and SLAs, balance between ad hoc requests and strategic initiatives.

🔹 Translate business and product tasks into analytical solutions and evaluate their real impact.

🔹 Implement unified metrics and analytics standards, ensure accuracy of calculations and reproducibility of research.

🔹 Develop self-service analytics and automate regular reporting.

🔹 Manage A/A and A/B testing — from experiment design and sample size calculation to result analysis and post-mortems.

🔹 Build Data Annotation processes: annotation standards, quality control, and resource efficiency.

🔹 In collaboration with Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, and Data Governance, improve data quality and accessibility.

🔹 Define OKRs for the analytical function, present results, risks, and plans at the C-level.

🔎 What is important for this role:

▪️ 2+ years of experience as Head of Data / Data Group Lead.

▪️ Proficient in SQL.

▪️ Knowledge of product and business analytics practices.

▪️ Deep understanding of statistics and A/B testing.

▪️ Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.

▪️ Understanding of DWH, data marts, Data Quality, and Data Governance.

▪️ Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar tools.

▪️ Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work from the office in Limassol.

⭐ Will be a plus:

▫️ Python for analytics.

▫️ Experience with ClickHouse, Trino/Iceberg, PostgreSQL, BigQuery.

▫️ Application of AI/ML tools in analytical processes.
