Our product-focused iGaming company is looking for a leader to unite Data Analytics, Product Analytics, and Data Annotation, build a strategy for these areas, and help teams make data-driven decisions.
This role focuses on people development, the quality of analytics, and measurable business results.
🎯 What you will do:
- Formulate the strategy, structure, and roadmap for the three areas.
- Develop the team: hire specialists, conduct performance reviews, distribute responsibilities, and plan resources.
- Manage analytical tasks: establish priorities and SLAs, balance between ad hoc requests and strategic initiatives.
- Translate business and product tasks into analytical solutions and evaluate their real impact.
- Implement unified metrics and analytics standards, ensure the accuracy of calculations and reproducibility of research.
- Develop self-service analytics and automate regular reporting.
- Manage A/A and A/B testing — from experiment design and sample size calculation to results analysis and debriefing.
- Build Data Annotation processes: annotation standards, quality control, and resource efficiency.
- Improve data quality and availability in collaboration with Data Engineering, BI, Data Science, and Data Governance.
- Define OKRs for the analytics function, present results, risks, and plans at the C-level.
🔎 What is important for this role:
- 2+ years of experience as Head of Data / Data Group Lead.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Knowledge of product and business analytics practices.
- Deep understanding of statistics and A/B testing.
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
- Understanding of DWH, data marts, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, or similar tools.
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus and work from the Limassol office.
⭐ Bonus points:
- Python for analytics.
- Experience with ClickHouse, Trino/Iceberg, PostgreSQL, BigQuery.
- Application of AI/ML tools in analytical processes.
