Backend Java Developer (Senior/Lead)
We are looking for a Senior Java developer to join a team that is developing a large-scale, federal-level HR platform. The main tasks include modernization and refactoring of existing modules, improvement of the system architecture and performance, and participation in the development of key platform components.
Programming Development
What needs to be done:
- Refactoring and development of existing services;
- Design and development of new components;
- Optimization of performance and code quality;
- Participation in discussions of architectural solutions;
- Interaction with the development team, analysts, and QA.
What we expect from our future colleague:
- 4+ years of commercial Java development experience;
- Solid knowledge of Java 8+;
- Experience with the Spring / Kafka stack;
- Experience with relational databases;
- Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns;
- Experience in developing and supporting backend applications in industrial operation.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s);
- Experience developing in .NET Core 8;
- Experience in designing and developing high-load, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.
Conditions
- Engagement period: 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
- Employment: Full-time.
- Work format: Remote, Russia only.
- Salary: 1300-1400 RUB/hour.
